Jackson - 2026 Senior - Viroqua, WI Photographer

Jackson made the trip from Viroqua to Stevens Point for his senior session, and we loved getting to capture portraits that felt calm, thoughtful, and completely true to him.
Jackson is a quieter, more reserved senior, and that actually made his session really special. Not every senior needs big, loud poses or over-the-top expressions. Sometimes the best images come from a more natural, relaxed approach ... and that fit Jackson perfectly. His portraits have such a steady, genuine feel to them.
Jackson wanted to include his instrument in his senior pictures, and those portraits added a meaningful personal touch to his session. We used both natural outdoor settings and more urban backdrops to give the instrument photos a mix of polished, dramatic, and relaxed looks. The gold of the instrument looked amazing against the brick walls, darker alleyway, and soft evening light.
One of the fun surprises of the session was the fox mural. When Jackson saw it, he immediately knew he wanted pictures there ... and we are so glad he did. The mural gave us something bold and unique, and it ended up being such a memorable part of his gallery. It was the perfect example of why we love leaving a little room for spontaneity during senior sessions. Sometimes the best spots are the ones you discover along the way.
