Aiden, Part 2 - 2026 Senior - West Salem, WI Photographer
By: Pichette Photography
For Aiden’s second senior session, we focused on something that has been a huge part of his life — hockey. This session was all about telling the story of who Aiden is as an athlete.
Aiden currently plays for the Madison Capitols, so it was important that this session felt bigger than just “senior pictures.” We wanted it to feel like a tribute to the time, discipline, and dedication he has poured into the sport. Hockey is not just something he does ... it has clearly shaped him.
One of our favorite parts of this session was the variety. The locker room portraits gave us a chance to capture a more personal side of Aiden, surrounded by jerseys, skates, gloves, sticks, and memories. The rink photos brought in the energy of the sport itself ... the ice, the boards, the scoreboard, and the feeling of stepping into a place where so much work happens.
The black-and-white tunnel image was especially powerful. There is something about that photo that feels like a quiet moment before the game ... focused, determined, and ready. It was the perfect way to capture the mindset of an athlete.
Aiden was calm, confident, and easy to photograph. Whether he was seated with his gear, standing on the ice, or skating through action shots, he brought a natural presence to every image. His red hair, red Capitols uniform, and the rink setting all came together beautifully and gave this session a bold, memorable look.
