Eric & Bailey - Engaged - Stevens Point, WI Photographer

Eric and Bailey’s engagement session was one of those sessions that had a little bit of everything ... beautiful light, a sweet love story, creative locations, their adorable dog Tenner, and one of the most unreal sunsets I have photographed in a long time.

Of course, we had to include Tenner, Bailey’s dog, and he absolutely deserved his moment. Tenner brought the perfect amount of personality and cuteness to their gallery ... and honestly, he looked pretty proud to be included.

As the session continued, the light just kept getting better. We moved through tall grasses, fall color, and open fields, giving their gallery so much variety. Some images felt soft and intimate, others were full of laughter, and a few had that creative, artistic feel that makes a session stand out.

Then came the sunset.

And yes, I had to feature it more than once just to prove it wasn’t AI.

The sky turned into this incredible mix of gold, orange, blue, and purple, and it made the perfect backdrop for Eric and Bailey. The wide sunset images in the field were absolutely stunning, but the silhouettes may have been some of my favorites. There is something so timeless about a couple wrapped up together against a dramatic Wisconsin sky.

We also had some fun with creative details, including a beautiful ring shot and a photo framed through the ring with Eric and Bailey in the distance. Those little touches help make an engagement gallery feel personal and unique, and this session had so many moments like that.
