As promised, it’s Ruby’s turn on the blog! After sharing favorites from her twin sister Rachel’s senior portraits, we’re excited to share Ruby’s part of their session.
Ruby is a Class of 2027 senior from Tomah. She and Rachel shared their senior session outing, with time set aside for individual portraits at each stop. Flowers, scenic views, a waterfall, and sunset at the lake gave us plenty to work with ... and Ruby’s outfit choices brought her own style to every location!
We loved the soft blue top against the leafy greenery. The vines framed her beautifully, making this little spot perfect for some closer portraits. Beneath the tall pines, her white lace top and jeans gave us a relaxed, classic look, with those long rows of trees stretching into the background.
The flowers added so much color to her collection! Ruby’s white lace top and brown polka-dot skirt looked lovely beside the bright yellow blooms and pink coneflowers. We also captured portraits among the delicate white wildflowers and made time for an open view of the landscape.
For the waterfall, Ruby changed into a green-and-white matching set that fit the surroundings so well. With the rushing water behind her and her bare feet at the water’s edge, these portraits brought a different feel to her session. The same outfit looked just as pretty along the wooded path, where sunlight filtered through the trees.
And then came the lake! Ruby finished the evening in a bright pink two-piece outfit that stood out beautifully against the soft sunset sky. The flowing skirt, calm water, and golden reflection made such a lovely combination. We especially love that final barefoot portrait along the shoreline ... such a fun way to finish her collection!
Enjoy some of our favorites from Ruby’s senior session! If you missed Rachel’s blog, be sure to take a look at her part of our evening together, too.
